Our preference is to assist you resolve your dispute by negotiation and agreement, rather than the expensive and demanding alternative of formal court proceedings – particularly as neither party involved in the court proceedings ever truly “wins”. But this is not always possible, and it is never easy.
Where your dispute cannot be resolved amicably we will advise in relation to the court process and assist you to use the services of the court to bring about final settlement of property affairs. If you are being unreasonable about your settlement expectations, we tell you straight.
